Damage

If you have any problems with your order or you receive your goods damaged please feel free to contact us sales@intmarble.com we will do our best to resolve your issue with minimal inconvenience for you. Please note make sure that your goods are in good condition before you let the driver leave in order that we can allow the carrier to investigate the damage and within the next two working days you will receive your replacement.

Variation Information

Please keep in mind that all natural stone will have some Moderate Colour Variation - Background colour has some variation and slightly more pronounced veining. Natural stones are products of nature, and no two pieces are exactly alike. These names are intended as a general guide to how much variation in colour, movement, and veining can be expected. * All natural stones have unique natural variations and inclusions that are impossible to show in a photograph or sample.
