Returns And Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, from International Marble and what's more so do the crafts people who have made them. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation. We try to ensure that the products are the same as our original samples, although sometimes differences do occur due to natural variation of all natural stone.

Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that colours of natural stone may vary. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, if possible in the original packaging (with your customer advice note) within 7 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement – if it’s our mistake we will be responsible for all delivery charges.

Please note we are only able to accept items returned in the same condition as originally packed and sent out. We can only replace identical products (requests for different sizes acceptable), so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order. The International Marble 30 day return guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
