After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us within one hour of your purchase. Express orders ship the next business day, while standard orders usually ship within 2 business days of purchase.

Your order will be delivered to kerbside. But this may not always be the case. All orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Orders to difficult to difficult to reach postcodes will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

When your order arrives, we recommend that you inspect all items to ensure that the products supplied are correct and as ordered.

Our courier will notify you on the day of delivery. Currently our delivery time slots are 9am to 5pm.
