Delivery Policy and Damages

International Marble - Professional Stone Delivery Service

At International Marble (intmarble.com), we pride ourselves on providing a transparent, reliable, and professional delivery service for all natural stone tiles and marble products. Due to the weight and delicate nature of natural stone, deliveries are handled with care, in partnership with leading pallet network couriers across the UK, Ireland, and EU.

📦 Packing and Handling

All tiles and stone products are securely packed in wooden crates or robust polystyrene packaging, then placed on heavy-duty pallets.

Each pallet has a maximum weight capacity of 1000 kg. Orders exceeding this limit will be shipped on multiple pallets.

We only use professional third-party couriers experienced in transporting fragile goods.

💷 Delivery Costs

Delivery charges are calculated per pallet and vary depending on location, service speed, and any access restrictions.

Order Cut-Off Times

Orders placed before 12:00 pm (midday) qualify for same-day dispatch.

Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Saturday orders are processed on the next business day.

🗓️ Delivery Days & Customer Responsibility

Couriers may provide an ETA call on the day of delivery (not guaranteed).

A responsible person must be present at the delivery address to receive the order.

If delivery is attempted and no one is available, a re-delivery fee of £49 per pallet will apply.

🚛 Delivery Vehicle and Offloading

Deliveries are made on large trucks fitted with tail-lifts for kerbside offloading.

Please ensure there is adequate access for large delivery vehicles at your location.

Damages and Inspection Policy

To ensure your natural stone products arrive in perfect condition, please follow our inspection and damage reporting procedures carefully.

Important: Inspection Requirements

All goods must be inspected upon delivery.

If visible damage is present, please write "DAMAGED PRODUCTS" on the delivery note.

Report damages to cs@intmarble.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Photographic evidence of damaged products and packaging is required to process insurance claims.

Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Natural Stone Tile Refund Policy applies exclusively to purchases made through the website Intmarble.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"). By making a purchase on the Website, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. 30-Day Refund Period

Our policy allows for refunds within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The natural stone tile must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The natural stone tile must be returned in its original packaging.

4. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Returns Process

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • You must advise Intmarble within 7 days from the date of delivery that you wish to return the natural stone tile within the 30-Day Refund Period.
  • Contact our customer support team at [customer support email] to request a return authorization.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return the natural stone tile.

6. Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. This applies if:

  • The natural stone tile shows signs of use.
  • The natural stone tile is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • The natural stone tile is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

7. Refunds

Once your returned natural stone tile is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as there may be processing time involved.

9. Returns for Part of an Order or Dispatched Orders

For refunds for part of an order or for orders which have already been dispatched, please email cs@intmarble.com.

10. Resell-able Products

You can return any resell-able products to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). Only full boxes of the same tiles will be refunded, or individual tiles.

11. Refund Process

You must return the products to International Marble along with a receipt as proof of purchase, and a refund will be made via the original method of payment.

12. Non-Refundable Conditions

International Marble reserves the right not to refund if the products are deemed as not being in a resell-able condition, if there is no proof of purchase, or if the products are returned after the 14-day period.

Inspecting and Reporting Damages: Upon delivery of your tiles from International Marble, it is crucial to inspect the goods immediately. Should you find any damages or discrepancies, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Send your detailed report via email to cs@intmarble.com, including any relevant photographs and descriptions of the issue.

Returns Policy: Should you decide to return your order, compliance with our returns policy is essential. You must inform us in writing, either through email to cs@intmarble.com or by post, within 7 working days of receiving your goods.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Handmade or handpainted stone tiles are bespoke to each order, tailored to your specific requirements in terms of quantity, color, shape, and size. Therefore, these items are non-returnable.
  • Opened or partially used boxes of floor tiles cannot be accepted for return. We advise you to utilize our tile calculator available on the product webpages to estimate the required quantity accurately. Keeping surplus tiles is recommended, as they come from the same batch as your original order, useful for any future repairs or replacements.
  • Installed or cut tiles are non-returnable due to their altered condition.
  • Full pallets or boxes of marble tiles are eligible for return within 7 days from the original delivery date.

Return Process and Fees:

  • You are responsible for organizing the transport and insurance of all returns, bearing the associated costs.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% handling fee.
  • We will refund the cost of the tiles only, excluding the 20% handling fee. Delivery or postage costs are non-refundable.
  • To arrange for a return, please contact us at cs@intmarble.com. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, 10am-3pm.

Additional Information:

  • As tile characteristics may vary between batches, retaining extra tiles for future needs is advisable. Please note, surplus tiles are non-returnable; ensure accurate measurement of your space prior to ordering.
  • This policy does not infringe upon your statutory rights under Northern Ireland law.
