How are tiles packed?
Crates/boxes on pallets; kerbside delivery via pallet carrier. Please ensure access for a pallet truck.
What if items arrive damaged?
Report within 48 hours with clear photos before installation. We’ll arrange replacement/refund per our policy.
How do you sell slabs? How are slabs packed?
Slabs are generally priced and sold per m² (full slabs or cut-to-size on request). Slabs are secured on A-frames/crates for safe transport.
Do you manufacture worktops?
Yes — we can fabricate worktops to order (cutting, edge finishing, pre-sealing). Share drawings/sizes for a quote and lead time.
Are your prices per m² or per piece?
Most products on our site are sold per m². Dados are sold per piece (pcs). Samples are priced separately.
