Delivery Times

Deliveries are made Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm

Drivers may provide a 1-hour call-ahead notice (where possible)

Pallet & Packaging Information

Orders above 100kg are delivered on pallets

Pallet sizes:

Maximum pallet weight: 1000kg (heavier orders arrive on multiple pallets)

Packaging: Wooden boxes or robust polystyrene, secured on pallets
Kerbside Delivery

Delivery is kerbside only (nearest safe access point)

Some boxes may weigh up to 30kg — please arrange assistance
Accepting Your Delivery
Please ensure someone responsible is present to:

Inspect all goods carefully

Sign the delivery note (mark as “DAMAGED” if applicable)

Take photos of any issues immediately
Damaged Deliveries
If damage occurs during transit:

Sign delivery note clearly as “DAMAGED”
-
Take clear photos of all affected tiles
-
Email us at cs@intmarble.com within 24 hours
We will review your claim and arrange free replacements or a credit note.
Tip: damaged tiles can often be used for off-cuts, reducing waste.
Access Restrictions
Please let us know in advance if there are:

Narrow lanes

Weight restrictions

Roadworks or closures
Extra charges may apply if a smaller vehicle or re-delivery is needed.
Cancelling or Changing Your Order

Cancellations: Allowed within 2 hours of order placement

Changes (quantities, addresses, delivery dates): Allowed within the same 2-hour window

Once dispatched, re-delivery charges may apply
Late Deliveries
External factors (traffic, weather, courier delays) may affect delivery. We’ll notify you where possible.
Do not book installers until after delivery is confirmed.
