- Orders placed before 12:00pm qualify for same-day dispatch.
- Deliveries occur Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm.
- We cannot guarantee specific time slots due to third-party courier routes.
local_shipping Kerbside Delivery Policy
We use a third-party pallet network. Deliveries are Kerbside Only.
Important: Drivers are not insured to enter your home. They will offload the pallet to the nearest safe hard-standing (kerb or driveway). They cannot move goods over gravel, grass, or steep slopes.
broken_image Damages & Returns
Stone is fragile. Please follow this procedure to ensure your claim is valid.
- Inspect Immediately: Check goods upon arrival.
- Sign as Damaged: If you see damage, write "DAMAGED" on the driver's pod/paperwork.
- Report in 24 Hours: Email cs@intmarble.com with photos of the breakage and the packaging.
Minor breakage (1-2 tiles) is often used for cuts. We recommend ordering 10% extra for wastage.

We request that drivers call 1 hour ahead, but this is at the local depot's discretion and is not guaranteed.

A re-delivery fee of £49 per pallet may apply if the attempt fails.
