📦 Packing & Handling

• All tiles, mosaics, and stone slabs are carefully packed in secure wooden crates or reinforced polystyrene boxes.

• Orders are placed on pallets for safe transport via trusted pallet networks.

• Each pallet carries a maximum of 1,000 kg. Larger orders are split across multiple pallets.

• Our team ensures products are shock-proof wrapped and protected to minimise transit damage.

⏱️ Delivery Times

• UK & Ireland: 2–3 working days

• EU Countries: 5–7 working days

• Samples: Delivered via Royal Mail First Class (1–3 working days)

We strive to deliver orders on the chosen date; however, delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier schedules, customs checks, or seasonal demand.

• Samples (4 pieces): £9.99 flat rate

• UK & Ireland Pallet Delivery: £99.00 per pallet

• EU Pallet Delivery: Starting from £350.00 per pallet (exact price confirmed at checkout)

• FREE Delivery: All orders over £990 qualify for free standard delivery.

🚪 Delivery Method

• Pallet deliveries are made kerbside only (nearest accessible point).

• Customers are responsible for moving tiles into the property.

• Please ensure suitable access for large delivery vehicles. If access is restricted, notify us in advance.

📐 Checking & Damages

• Please inspect goods on delivery and sign the delivery note as “unchecked” if immediate inspection is not possible.

• Any visible damages must be reported within 24 hours with photographs.

• IntMarble will arrange replacements or refunds for damaged items according to our Returns Policy.

• We currently ship across the UK, Ireland, and EU.
